Among our range of inductive sensors, you will find high quality products with a formidable performance.

Such properties are characterized by inductive sensors TURCK series UPROX+

What are the advantages UPROX+®?

TURCK UPROX+® sensors contain very innovative coil and an original technology, which have unique characteristics.

Sensors of this series provide maximum detection ranges, without a correction factor for a variety of metals, resistance to magnetic fields generated in the production processes and wider temperature range, and the possibility to mount the sensor below the mounting surface of a metal building.

The use of sensors in a series of UPROX+ is beneficial for the enterprise. Generally used a large pallet types may be replaced by a small number of sensor types UPROX+®. This avoids the shortcomings in material and accelerates the exchange process, simultaneously improving maintenance and consequently reduces costs.

It can be assumed that it is the most popular sensors used in industry. Currently in the world there is a huge range of such elements, some of them are very popular and relatively cheap, while others are very well known but not necessarily cheap. Inductive sensors manufactured by well-known brands in a high percentage can be very reliable in many respects. Below is a brief description of the operation of this type of sensors.

Operating principle of inductive sensors:

Inductive sensors are used for detection of metal, eg. Copper, aluminum, iron, brass, stainless steel, etc. Thanks to them the device determines the position of the individual tools or moving parts. Nowadays it is difficult to imagine an advanced machine without inductive sensors. Some users use the cheapest sensors on the market, but in doing so expose themselves to more frequent breakdowns and downtime. Others are based on trusted and reliable manufacturers which often allows for greater comfort and reliability.

The principle of operation of the inductive sensor consists in changing field elektormagnetic, when introducing a metal object in its field of activity. Variable magnetic field produced by the sensor arouses eddy currents in the conductor.

The sensors can be powered by DC (10 - 30 V) or AC (10 - 250 V).

Depending on the type of inductive sensors have different output circuits that provide various signals.

Our company uses high-quality, cheap to operate and very durable sensors.
